About RestoVector

What RestoVector does and who it is for.

RestoVector is web-based restaurant management and cost-control software for independent restaurants and restaurant groups. It connects service, kitchen, inventory, purchasing, recipe costing, waste and analytics so managers can trace results to the underlying records. It is available in English and Spanish and is currently in a controlled pilot.

The public calculators can be used without registration. The management software has subscription plans, with pilot scope reviewed for each restaurant.

How an order connects to inventory and margin

An order connects to kitchen work. With Control, recipes support automatic ingredient deductions and food-cost calculation. Purchases record supplier quantities and prices; waste records capture the product, quantity and reason. Managers can review these records together to investigate cost and margin changes. A physical count provides a check against recorded inventory.

When it may fit your restaurant

It may fit when your team records purchases, sales and waste in separate places and struggles to explain a margin change. The aim is to connect those movements to products, recipes and locations. Before committing, test the workflow with your own recipe, delivery and stock count.

What each plan includes

Operate includes service, kitchen, inventory, purchasing, waste and standard analytics for one location. Control adds automatic recipe deductions, automatic food cost and advanced analytics. Group includes three locations and Enterprise five. Review the pricing page and pilot proposal for the subscription price and agreed scope.

What you can check for free

The food-cost calculator lets you cost a recipe from purchase quantities, prices, usable yield and portions. There are also calculators for waste, stock variance, labour and profitability. These tools calculate from the inputs you enter; they do not synchronize restaurant operations or provide a software account.

Who is behind RestoVector

RestoVector was founded by Eduard Pàmpols after four years in restaurant management. The product starts from a practical question: if the restaurant already records orders, purchases, recipes, waste and shifts, why are the financial answers still disconnected?

What we are proving now

The current stage is a controlled pilot. We are validating reliability, onboarding, real-device workflows and measurable restaurant outcomes before making broader claims. Verified pilot findings will be published with their scope and method.

What to confirm before rollout

Confirm your POS and payment providers, import formats, hardware, offline setup and agreed support. The application runs in a browser: mobile access does not establish that a native mobile app exists. Services, integrations and terms must be checked for your deployment.

Clear, verifiable answers

What is RestoVector?

RestoVector is web-based restaurant management and cost-control software for independent restaurants and restaurant groups. It connects orders, kitchen workflow, inventory, purchasing, recipe costing, waste and analytics. It is available in English and Spanish.

Is food cost the same as restaurant profit?

No. Food cost measures ingredient cost. Restaurant profit also requires labour, rent and other expenses, with checks that the underlying records cover the period being compared.

Can RestoVector calculate recipe costs?

Yes. RestoVector connects recipes and ingredients to cost control. Automatic recipe deductions and automatic food cost are included from Control. For the cost of a single recipe, you can use the free public calculator without subscribing to the software.

How does RestoVector help track restaurant waste?

It connects recorded waste to products, quantities, reasons and inventory movements so its cost can be reviewed. Staff still need to record events; the software cannot measure unrecorded waste or guarantee a percentage saving.

Can I use RestoVector for multiple restaurants?

Group and Enterprise include three and five active locations respectively. Comparisons depend on consistent sales, recipe, purchase and inventory records and on permissions configured for each location.

Does RestoVector replace my POS or accounting software?

Do not assume that it does. RestoVector includes service, kitchen and management workflows, but compatibility with your POS, payments, accounting and hardware must be checked in a demonstration. A management feature does not itself establish an integration or the fiscal compliance of a particular deployment.

Are there verified customer results or guaranteed savings?

RestoVector is in a controlled pilot. This page does not establish customer outcomes or promise savings. The pilot-evidence page explains the validation status; calculator examples are verifiable assumptions, not restaurant results.

A demonstration should show the real product, its limits and how it fits your operation.
