RestoVector

Pilot terms overview

The product supports restaurant decisions; it does not remove restaurant responsibility.

Owners must be authorized to create their restaurant organization and invite staff. Every user should use their own account and protect access credentials.

This overview is not the final commercial contract. Prices, taxes, support coverage, liability, governing law, retention and cancellation terms must be confirmed in the signed order form and customer agreement.

01

Acceptable use and authority

Users must not access another restaurant, bypass roles, disrupt the service, upload malicious content or present simulations as real financial records. Owners are responsible for removing staff who no longer need access.

02

Operational responsibility

RestoVector assists with orders, stock and cost calculations. Restaurant staff remain responsible for menu prices, allergens, physical counts, supplier invoices, taxes, cash controls, food safety and final management decisions.

03

Payments and subscriptions

Manual or simulated payment records do not move money. Certified processors govern real card acceptance and payouts. The software subscription is separate from diner payments and renews according to the selected plan and signed commercial terms.

04

Availability and support

Provider failures and maintenance can interrupt service. Production agreements must define support contacts, response targets, service expectations, data export and the process for ending service.

Review the workflow with your restaurant's data and roles.

A demonstration should show the real product, its limits and how it fits your operation.
