Pilot evidence
Case studies should prove a change—not decorate a sales page.
RestoVector is gathering controlled pilot evidence. We will publish named or anonymized results only after the restaurant confirms the measurement window, records and interpretation.
No fabricated testimonials and no guaranteed savings. Until a result is verified, it remains an objective of the pilot rather than a marketing claim.
Baseline
Record the starting process and a comparable historical period: sales, covers, purchasing, waste, inventory variance, service time and the completeness of recipes and labour data.
Operational adoption
Measure whether staff actually use the workflow: order progression, purchase receiving, waste reasons, count completion, device reliability and manager review.
Outcome review
Compare like-for-like periods, document confounding changes and separate recurring improvement from one-off events. The restaurant approves any public result.
Evidence we want to publish
Time to identify a cost issue, percentage of stock movements explained, waste-record completion, order-to-kitchen reliability, close accuracy and manager time saved.
Next step
Review the workflow with your restaurant's data and roles.
A demonstration should show the real product, its limits and how it fits your operation.
